ELMoussa Hospital in ElKatef (Qatif) is an essential healthcare infrastructure development. Afaq & Emaar is executing the specialized deep foundation and shoring pile works. The scope includes excavating to sub-grade levels, implementing heavy structural secant/soldier shoring piles, and utilizing advanced drilling systems to prepare the site for main structural framing.

Our civil team successfully deployed specialized rotary drilling rigs to install concrete piles under strict soil-stability guidelines.
